  1. Recipe:
    Makes 4 servings
    4 Frozen boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 (15 oz) jar of your favorite salsa
    2 jalapeños, finely chopped

    Place all ingredients in the crockpot (yes, the chicken goes in FROZEN). Cook on high 4-5 hours (I cooked mine on low for 9 hours). Serve over tortilla chips with sour cream on top!
