  1. Here is the recipe! The only changes I made: I substituted one can of black beans for a can of corn and used 5 tablespoons of chili powder instead of 6. The next time I make it, I will probably use less…and maybe a bit more tofu! It was super filling though and extremely low in calories…and it makes a TON.
