A few weeks ago we finally celebrated Josh’s birthday by having an amazing dinner at Fête. Everything we had was amazing but I think my favorite was the homemade Rocky Road ice cream (the marshmallows were homemade as well). So delicious!
Last weekend Josh and I hiked Wa’ahila Ridge for the first time. It was a windy, rainy day but we lucked out and only got sprinkled on at times. The view was a bit hazy but still a great hike.
My friend Lindsay and her fiancé Channa came to visit last month. We did a variety of fun things, but the most memorable was our hike. It was an insanely windy day but we persevered and were rewarded with quite a show by the rock bridge. The waves were huge and so powerful. The videos below don’t even capture it!
A few weekends ago, Josh and I hiked the first peak of three peaks. For me, this was the second time hiking it. It was a beautiful day, not windy and clear enough to see Maui, Lanai and Molokai. Such a great hike!
Josh and I tried a new restaurant this past weekend after a hike. We wanted to order one of everything on the menu at Café Kaila. However, we settled for each ordering one sandwich. Both were delicious!
